The key objective behind our product design is to be as efficient, easy-to-use and as cost effective as possible. Most COMWeb clients should have no trouble maintaining the content of their websites. However, there are some situations where you may want to receive an extra level of service and assistance. The following services and options are available for homePAGE.
Loading of Existing Site Content
The COMWeb team can load a new website, or completely migrate your existing website content into the COMWeb Application. Remember that our included site setup incorporates some of this; however, this service goes beyond that to completely handle all layout, page input, menu setup, etc. Once the site is loaded, you have the option of using our ongoing content maintenance services.
Ongoing Content Management
Ongoing content management requires an initial site content loading as described above. This service includes weekly updates on the site with content provided by you. Our team takes care of adding or modifying content remaining consistent with the look and feel of your site.
Custom Design Services
Custom site design including custom header, footer, color scheme, graphics and images. This includes one-on-one consulting on the design of the site and would be used to increase the uniqueness and appeal your site. The service includes 12 hours of meetings and work on your design.
Virtual or Onsite Training
COMWeb provides online training for users and staff learning how to work with the product. In some circumstances, it may be necessary to provide training sessions for groups or Individuals in critical roles. We can provide custom training sessions using teleconferencing and remote desktop walkthroughs. Onsite training may also be available in your area, so please check with us.
Domain Name Management
Need a Domain Name? COMWeb can help you pick a name and provide for the registration of the domain. We take care of all changes required for DNS Entries, Contacts and Renewals.
Project Management
Having trouble keeping your projects on track? Don't underestimate the effort getting your site up and running. A task like this requires a structured approach. Included in your initial setup is a project plan you can follow, but if you need the added project management to lead you through the process and keep you on track, consider bringing in one of our expert project managers.
Search Engine Tuning
