Browser Support

The COMWeb suite of applications maintains cross-browser compatiblity with the following minimun browser versions. We test all our components under all the major browsers to ensure a consistant, functional application.

For best performance:

• Caching on Internet Explorer must be activated
• Browser scripting on Internet Explorer must be enabled
• Recommend that there is at least 150MB available memory before accessing system
• Recommended high speed DSL, Cable or T1 connection to the internet
• Firefox 3.0+ is recommended for administration functions due to it's superior performance javascript engine

Minimum Requirements:

• Cookies must be enabled to log in to the system (Click here for instructions)
• JavaScript must be enabled on all browsers for correct rendering of menus
• Meet minimum browser versions as indicated in the above table

Screen Resolution

The site is best viewed with a screen resolution of 1024x768 or more. Most newer monitors can support this. Please adjust your screen settings if possible from the Windows Control Panel.
