Release Notes 2010.2.815
The official 2010 Q2 SP1 release of the COMWeb application suite.This is a service pack release the focuses on bug fixes.
Updates to the latest application build:
New Features:
- Invoicing - Added the ability to email a Payment Received email when posting a payment batch.
- Membership Export Report - Added an additional filter to exclude inactive membership types
- homePAGE Plus Menu enhancement - Improved community menu display for multicolumns.
- Site - Added the ability to print pages directly from the Welcome menu. The Print option will strip the menu from the page for a cleaner print.
- Service Desk - Added new menu tab to edit form submission types
Enhancements/Changes:
- Tennis Reservations - Ability to embed tennis reservations within any page as a module added.
- Facebook - Upgraded to the latest version of the Facebook API
- Member Add - Improved system to automatically capitalize the first letter on each name.
- Pending Member - Improved system to automatically capitalize entries.
- Announcements - Added the image manager to the announcements editor
- Tennis Reservations - Made some performance based changes to speed up reservations
- Announcements - Added the Paste options to the editor menu
- Document upload size increased to 4mb from within the Page Editor
Fixes:
- Tennis Reservations - Fixed the ability to create an appointment that overlapped with another appointment.
- Invoicing - Fixed a problem with updating the service charge percent in settings
- Invoicing - Fixed issue with selecting first member in dropdown list
- Invoicing - Fixed an issue with payments not made against an invoice not displaying correctly
- Welcome Menu display - Under IE7 with an alert, the menu would overlap. Corrected the problem.
- Payments - Fixed default payment type to be check.
- Page Editing - There would sometimes be formatting issues when using IE7 and editing a page.
- Event Signup Communications - Fixed issue were emails would not be sent for specific attendee types
- Alerts - Fixed issue with the first alert sometimes not displaying correctly.
Documentation Updates:
- All documentation is being updated to reflect all Q2 SP1 changes
