Event Display Management
Calendar event management has been made easier with the introduction of the ability to easily capture events to display either directly on a calendar or in an events list. You can capture a more detailed event on the single event maintenance screen or you can capture up to 10 events for the same calendar all at once. Various calendar and event views will be available to you to embed within your pages. Views will include standard calendar 1,7 and 30 day layout as well as event lists filtered on calendar, this year, this month or this week. A main Calendar of events page is now available that allows a display of all calendars or just individual ones. By clicking on the event additional popup window displays additional information.
Communications Module
Improved navigation and layout of all areas. Sender management now has the ability to able to add categories to better restrict who can view communication online. Distribution List management has also been improved to allow you to add categories and stipulate whether a DL is internally managed or if the subscriber has any control. You can now add bulk email accounts to a distribution list through the Add Members to DL page. The members must exist in the member directory for the add to work.
Member Management
Logged in members can now access a restricted member list and display other member’s information.
There is now the ability to be notified when a member changes their member profile. If you need to keep an additional member database in sync, this feature can be very useful.
