Updates to the latest application build:

New Features:

• Membership – While in a Member record, you can now link an existing user login account with an automatic link that will show up if this situation is detected.
• Subscriptions now show up in the Member Profile, they can subscribe and unsubscribe directly within their record. Subscriptions under internal management cannot be edited by the individual member.
• SiteMap link will now display at the bottom of the page as well
• Change Password option now shows up in the Welcome dropdown menu
• Members can also change their passwords from a link shown below their user account in their member profile
• Membership privacy enhancement – Members can now hide various fields from other members by using a checkbox next to the field in their member profile
• Enhancements to Event Display Management – See below
• User Registration can be switched on and off in Site Configuration Page to control new site user requests
• You can now force a password change or set your users password to expire. Stronger passwords can also be enforced for better security.
• Terms of Use - A member logging in for the first time will need to accept the Site’s terms of use to proceed.

Fixes:

• Welcome Menu no longer sometimes hides below standard horizontal menu
• Personal Welcome menu better at detecting where you are and not showing you invalid options
• Problem with Page List would show latest version you edited. Now it will not show if there is a later version edited by someone else.
• Minor display style and page layout updates

Enhancements/Changes:

• SiteMap will not show the Member’s Only menu structure to visitors not logged in
• SiteMap now shows tooltips with the title of the page
• Revised the site layout structure to accommodate more style options, Welcome row can now be removed from the home page.
• A second header section has been added to the public home page to allow for more customization and additional flash
• CMS Page List – You can now click on the title to go to the page view or the page name to go directly to edit mode
• Menu Maintenance – Nodes will no longer be automatically expanded. This makes it easier to work with larger menus.
• Removed Help icon until the Help and FAQ module is complete
• Revised the Login screen and its associated pages including login help, password recovery

Major Enhancements:

Event Display Management

Calendar event management has been made easier with the introduction of the ability to easily capture events to display either directly on a calendar or in an events list. You can capture a more detailed event on the single event maintenance screen or you can capture up to 10 events for the same calendar all at once. Various calendar and event views will be available to you to embed within your pages. Views will include standard calendar 1,7 and 30 day layout as well as event lists filtered on calendar, this year, this month or this week. A main Calendar of events page is now available that allows a display of all calendars or just individual ones. By clicking on the event additional popup window displays additional information.

Communications Module

Improved navigation and layout of all areas. Sender management now has the ability to able to add categories to better restrict who can view communication online. Distribution List management has also been improved to allow you to add categories and stipulate whether a DL is internally managed or if the subscriber has any control. You can now add bulk email accounts to a distribution list through the Add Members to DL page. The members must exist in the member directory for the add to work.

Member Management

Logged in members can now access a restricted member list and display other member’s information.

There is now the ability to be notified when a member changes their member profile. If you need to keep an additional member database in sync, this feature can be very useful.
