The official 2009 Q1 release of the COMWeb application suite.

Updates to the latest application build:

New Pilot Modules:

  • Tennis Reservations - This module allows for the management and booking of online reservations for your tennis courts facilities
  • Sponsorship/Advertising - This module allows you to better manage your site sponsors, displaying their banners on pages of your choosing. This can also be used internally to promote your own social events and other items of interest.
  • Facilities Management & Reservations - This module allows you to manage the booking and reservation requests for your facilities such as clubhouses.

New Features:

  • Membership - Added the ability to delete user website account from Member Edit screen
  • Membership - Added Disallow Login option to Membership type. This allows you to move a member to this category and automatically lock them out of the site.
  • Events – Added addresses to Locations and email addresses and telephones to Contacts
  • Events – Substantially enhanced the Events Detail display to include address, contact information, images and Outlook Export
  • Site – Added a File Manager to the Site Admin page to give more control of server files
  • Site - Added My Subscriptions option to the Welcome menu to take users directly to their subscriptions page
  • Site Admin – Upgraded the Google Analytics feature to use the new version from Google.
  • Site – New Site Dashboard added in the Site Admin section
  • CMS – Added an advanced feature to allow for a code block to be added to any page within the <HEAD> section
Fixes:
  • Membership – Corrected a rare issue with the Member List page for administrators needed to select different membership types
  • Membership - Fixed occasional issue with Quick Find in Member List
  • CMS - Fixed delete confirmation prompt for Page delete button
  • Site - After logging in you will now be correctly redirected back to the page you were trying to access
Enhancements/Changes:
  • Membership - Added User account Approval button to Member Edit for non approved user accounts.
  • Membership – Removed hidden membership types for main view from Member List view.
  • Membership – Children are now included in the member search
  • CMS - Removed the ability to delete the public and internal home pages.
  • CMS - Removed the ability to delete the system pages.
  • CMS – In Page Edit, renamed Custom Links dropdown to Internal Page Links
  • Site - Extended the maximum length for menu items to 50 characters
  • Site - Added internal page list to menu edit selection
  • Site – Enhanced the My Subscription page to include Add to all forum subscription button
  • Site – Replaced Show/Edit/Delete text with Icons to improve visual display
  • Security – All URLs within the system are now encrypted for enhanced security
Documentation Updates:
  • All documentation is being updated to reflect all Q1 changes
