Updates to the latest application build:

New Module Release (out of pilot):

• Tennis Reservations - This module allows for the management and booking of online reservations for your tennis courts facilities. Number of new fixes
• Facilities Management & Reservations - This module allows you to manage the booking and reservation requests for your facilities such as clubhouses.

• Sponsorship/Advertising - This module allows you to better manage your site sponsors, displaying their banners on pages of your choosing. This can also be used internally to promote your own social events and other items of interest.
• Tennis Event Registration - Manage your member sign ups for Tennis events.

New Features:

• Tennis Module - Online tennis reservation system is out of pilot
• Facilities Module - Online facilities management is out of pilot
• Tennis Event registration - new functionality added

• Site Admin - Added the ability to customize each page's site header. You can now have different headers for each page, or no header at all
• Site Admin - Added the ability to remove the header when in the Site Admin screens to allow for more available screen real estate
• Site Admin - Site admin pages will now display with a width of 980px across on 800px websites. Public view remains the same, just the admin site has been increased for improved usability
• Events/Facilities - Enhanced the Location/Facilities page to include more details including rental costs, addresses, etc
• Site - Changed the tooltips to display after 1.5 seconds. Included skinning.
• Membership - Substantially enhanced the member view page to include more information. Improved layout
• Invoicing - Improved numerous areas with the invoicing and billing module. Easier editing and printing, added reoccurring
• Announcements - Improved buttons on screen when editing or adding announcements 
• Communication - Added the ability to delete a distribution list
• Membership - Excel export now includes date of birth and privacy settings

• Communication – Fixed issue with emails still being sent to members marked inactive.
• Communication - Fixed display flag for internally managed distribution lists
• Tennis Reservations - Fixed issue with advanced limit
• Tennis Reservations - Changed display from minutes to hours
• Tennis Reservations - Fixed ability to book reservation at any time on the maximum advance day

• All documentation is being updated to reflect all Q2 changes
