Updates to the latest application build:

New Module Release (out of pilot):

• Event Sign-up - This function allows you to provide a sign-up list for your events. It has a form generator that enables you to add whatever fields you need to capture. It will email you when someone registers as well as produce an Excel listing of all attendees. It even will allow you to display a Google map of your participants, very useful for events like Garage Sales.

• Storefront Module - This module allows for selling goods and services online from within your website.

New Features:

• Event Sign-up - Online event RSVP system is out of pilot
• Club Edition now includes extra fields for referrals, source leads, termination reasons.
• Content Management - New facility to provide for selecting a template when creating new pages.
• User Management - Completely new and easier way to manage users and their permissions on the site
• Google Mapping API - Allows mapping functions directly from within the website.
• New Membership report - Gives breakdown on different membership types

• Communication - Layout changes, changed Send Email tab to Manage Email
• Membership - Improved handling of memberlist after edit, included the retention of page size, last search criteria, membership type
• Tennis Reservations - Now allows the max reservations per day to be disabled
• Announcements - When there is no current announcements, the display will indicate as much
• Service Desk - Work Orders and Violation reporting will now also email the submitters with the details captured
• Membership - Users now have the ability to select their preferred email address for all correspondence
• Membership - Users will now have the ability to request their old passwords when being forced to make a password change
• Content Management - Added a Delete Page capability to the Page Lists.
• Content Management - Moved the View permissions from the Category to each page. New option on Page Properties.

• Service Desk - Fixed issue that was displaying dates in Eastern time instead of in user's timezone
• Fixed an issue with IE8 compatibility when having a PayPal button on the page
• Fixed issue with the breadcrumbs display that was causing minor issues with some page displays
• Fixed a check when inserting Events that date/time start is not after date/time begin
• Updated configuration of the File Manager page to correct upload issues
• Tennis Reservations - Corrected and enforced the daily appointment limit
• Events Management - Corrected a problem with sorting on the various column headers

• All documentation is being updated to reflect all Q3 changes
