Release Notes 2009.3.1220

Updates to the latest application build:

• Membership sign up - Allow a member/potential member to apply online for membership, be accepted, pay and have his user account processes all automatically. Also includes expiry period. Sign up for a year, and get blocked out once your time is up.
• Added new Site theme - Windows7 theme pale blue/gray color scheme.
• User Management - Added the ability to delete a user account from a member record.
• Sponsor Module - MAJOR revision of sponsor module, improved image uploading and sponsor management
• Event Sign up - Added the ability to email attendees based on their sign up status.
• Event Sign up - Enhanced facility to include registration start and end date and maximum number of attendees limit
• Site Admin - You can now set your site background to tile vertically, horizontally, both or none.

• Site - Added CAPTCHA protection to all submission forms where visitor has not signed in. (Public Only). This is to reduce the chance of spammers submitting bogus form requests.
• Membership - Public view, you now have an optional setting to allow your member list to be accessed publicaly. Default is off.
• Membership - New simple view - You now have the option to display all the name instead of the normal paging list. You can also set the default view under member settings.
• Communications - The page to manage subscribers to distribution lists has been greatly enhanced. Better layout, faster performance and addresses an issue with the saving of large lists.
• Work Orders - Work order field increased to 500 characters

• Facilities reservations - Fixed the ability for a user to modify his reservation and overlap on another existing booking. This was only an issue when editing, not during the original insert
• User Permissions - Corrected the webmaster profile to include additional Content management permissions

• All documentation is being updated to reflect all Q3 SP1 changes
