Release Notes 2010.1.305

Updates to the latest application build:

• Site Email - Embedded the ability to login and see your domain email from within the Site Admin page (Domain Email tab)
• Site Statistics - Embedded the site statistics reporting within the site, including Google Analytics
• Communications - Added the ability to set Distribution Lists to be automatically added to new members when they are created
• Site Styles - Added a new Orange based theme
• Member directory list - Now have the ability to only display primary members (cornerOFFICE version only)
• User Management -New Roles based system allows for individual customization to refine access.
• Document Manager - Added the ability to upload and include Powerpoint file extensions from within the Page Editor Document Manager
• Invoicing - Reminder Emails now have multiple membership type selection when sending

• Message Boards - Updated message board system to include latest bug fixes and enhancements
• User Management - MAJOR UPGRADE. Enhanced the authorization system to Role based. You can now individually customize an unlimited amount of roles to provide the exact level of access that person or job needs.
• Member Record Export - Removed the link to export from the membership list, moved to Member Reports. New export function allow you to export by membership type as well as selecting if you just want primary members
• Page Editing - Improved the page editor display to better reflect the way the final page will look
• Message Board - Added more information to the alert message. Now includes topic in subject line, a better subscription message.
• Message Board - Added the option to only have alerts sent out on the first posting of a topic and not on all the replies. This is now switched on by default.
• User Login - System will now detect and warn a user if it can't store cookies necessary for login
• Communication - Added a Suspended label and record count to the DL management
• Event Management - If you add an email address to the reservation link, the system now correctly adjusts it to a mailto://  tag.
• Help Link - New help screen gives links to User Guide, Admin Guide and Page Editor Guide
• Welcome Dropdown Menu - Changed the order of the admin items to show first

• Message Boards - Fixed a problem with some users not getting alerts
• User Registration - Fixed an issue with the verification of members creating a user account when they have a PO Box instead of a street address
• Communication Emails - Fixed a problem where some members would not get email because of incorrectly setting their preferred email address. The system now checks for any valid addresses.
• Content Management - When updating the menu, any changes to the title are now updated in the tooltips displayed.
• Content Management - Fixed a problem with the formatting of the HTML view within page editing.
• Site Meta Tags - Fixed an issue where the description set for search engines was not rendering correctly
• Sponsor Management - Fixed a problem with displaying the list of campaigns from last year

• Major updates in all documentation.
• New website for all user and administrator online documentation.
